Consultant Led Plan

If you are looking for an optimal plan, a provider will work with you to help obtain appropriate labs and genetic testing and then design an “Optimal Plan” to allow you to begin your journey towards an Optimal Life. You can move at your own rate, but typically you will meet with your consultant 4 times to setup your plan, and then you can progress at your own rate or utilize the “Coach Guided Plan” services below to keep you on-track.



Service Fee

$100 per virtual session, session length 30 minutes


Lab & Genetic Testing Fees: Varies depending on need. Costs range from $100-$1200.


Coach Guided Plan

Coach Led Plan

If you are looking for a more custom plan, a “Coach Guided Plan” will assure that you are progressing at an optimal rate for realizing maximum benefits from living an Optimal Life. You can move at your own rate, but it is recommended that you meet with your coach 1 to 2 times per week for 4 to 6 weeks.

Self Guided Plan - No service fee

PHASE 1 - LEARNING THE BASICS

Breathe- 2 minutes of stillness per day

Eat- Eliminate added sugars/sweeteners; Eliminate Processed foods; Add more plant rich foods

Move- 14 minutes of movement per day

Sleep- 7-8 hours per day

PHASE 2 - INTEGRATING THE BASICS

Breathe- Learn the Body, Mind, and Soul Connection, 10 minutes of meditation per day

Eat- In addition to Phase 1, optimize macronutrients, micronutrients, fiber, and fluids by including 5-7 fruits & vegetables per day, optimal fats, optimal protein, and water with each meal. 

Move- 14 minutes of target heart rate per day

Sleep- 8 hours per day

PHASE 3 - OPTIMIZING YOUR LIFE

Breathe- 20 minutes of moving meditation and 20 minutes of still meditation per day

Eat- In addition to Phase 2, include 7+ vegetables per day, 2-3 fruits per day, “Test Don’t Guess”- perform nutrient analysis, food sensitivity and gut testing to optimize your personal nutrition plan

Move- 20 minutes of target heart rate, 10 minutes of strengthening, and 10 minutes of stretching per day

Sleep- 8 hours per day
